You enter the vault in groups of 4 or 6 every 15 minutes so you should arrive 10 minutes before your time to ensure you are in the queue ready to enter 

You can still enter the building without going through the vault via the scaredy cat entrance which will take you up stairs to the cinema hall

Yes there are seats inside for the screening the film in the cinema hall

The basement is not accessible to wheelchair users but you can access the cinema hall for the film

please refer to your ticket time for entry to the scare attraction. The film will start at 8:30pm last entry is 8:15pm

You can bring snack and pop-corn but we do have a food vendor and trick or treat stall in the cinema hall. No BYO alcohol will be allowed on site. We have a fully licensed bar.

please refer to the film rating for age restrictions. Minors are permitted in the scare experience but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Unlawful or attempted sale subjects tickets to Lost Lands events to revocation without refund. Tickets obtained from unauthorised sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so are void.

You can choose to either print your ticket at home or download a barcode from Fixr to your smartphone to be scanned at the gate for your admission. Be sure to turn the brightness level on your phone or device all the way up and have your barcodes loaded before you get to the front of the line. One ticket is good for one scan. It will not work on other scanners after being scanned. Seating inside is first-come, first-served.

Try to get there as quickly as you can and speak with our team on the door. They will fit you in the following session if they have spare seats. There’s no guarantee, but there’s often space.

Photos and videos are encouraged while entering the experiences. We do ask that you don’t so any spoilers of the secrets of the basement  Devices will need to be switched off before the show begins.

We kindly ask that patrons do not leave  via the way you entered during the performance, so not to disrupt the performance for others. In the case of emergency, we will safely guide patrons to the exit.
